Barre/Pilates.

The perfect combo! A full body workout using high intensity, low impact movements derived from ballet to tackle and isolate all muscle groups. All levels are welcome.

Power Pilates.

Challenge your strength, endurance, and stability through standing, twisting, and lateral movements with this fun, engaging full body workout. All levels are welcome.

Sculpt & Burn Pilates.

This class will focus on each muscle group using a combination of contractions and tempos to fatigue and strengthen muscles on a deeper level.
